Customers with a call contract can reach our support team by phone outside of the above hours during their agreed service hours. Please use the hotline number stated in your service agreement.
Incoming e-mails to info@marxmeier.com , support@marxmeier.com or us-support@marxmeier.com will be monitored and answered without a guaranteed response time.
No license keys will be issued outside of our office hours. In an emergency, please use the new online license request form at https://license.marxmeier.com to request a temporary license key for a new system. This is an automated process and provides an immediate license key if the prerequisites are met. You can also obtain license keys for Eloquence and SQL/R for any system that is covered by a maintenance agreement.
